Hold on a second…. If you are a programmer or a tech enthusiasts you would agree with me that you have heard the phrase “I am using a particular framework” or “I would use this library” and this phrase has be spoken by a programmer more time than he/she can admit and these phrases are often confused with each other basically because they have a few similarities. I would do my best in breaking this down in a layman term.

I would do my best in breaking this down in a layman term.
So let’s have a picture in our head about us building your house, its going to be this beautiful house with a lovely kitchen and an awesome bedroom with a nice pool for you to tan your skin. After you have imagined this whole process, let’s take a couple of steps back and put somethings in perspective.
First, when building a house you need to have a sketch, a plan and also some necessary tools in building the house which varies from sand down to roofing. In a programmer term that is the FRAMEWORK you need.
Secondly, when you are done with the major building structure, you would need to add some features to your house like your pool, smart home things, alarm system even your bed. All these are the Library you need.
Now what this means is that your framework has a bit bigger role to play in your code than your plugins but in reality it still depends on what project you are working on, because If you are building a house putting security and comfort in mind you would need a framework which has a perfect design relating to comfort with security in mind but the work comes when you have to add the security features and measures in place without affecting comfort or in other words improve comfort.
